- Youth Band to Senior Band – bridging the gap between youth and senior ensembles through better engagement, leadership, repertoire, and challenges
The workshop will have theoretical and practical components. Participants will be asked to share and demonstrate some of their experiences to build reflective practice and analysis into their weekly tasks.
